Monica, the daughter of a real estate investor, is a native Rhode Islander born and raised in Providence. Her upbringing in her family's rental and flip business gave her a head start in real estate, fostering an intuitive grasp of the market long before she began her formal career—an early insight many spend decades developing.

With a background rooted in real estate, she built her early career as a Maternal-Child Registered Nurse, earning her Bachelor of Science from Rhode Island College in 2006. Her years in this intensely focused patient care role shaped her into a dedicated and trusted professional, qualities she now brings to her real estate clients through accountability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

As a recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards and the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors® Diamond Sales Awards, Monica proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Along with her altruistic nature and strong values of faith and social justice, Monica is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She is an active member of the National and Rhode Island Association of Realtors®, as well as the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors®, where she serves as a Director. Monica also volunteers as the PTO Fundraiser Coordinator at a local middle school and within her parish community.
